Which language do we speak?

When working distantly people often have to rely more on language to communicate, but they may not speak the same language or at the same level. As a result, English is often used in international collaboration. The working process of the Showing Without Going project is conducted in English, for example. However it should be acknowledged that not everyone speaks or should be able to speak a common language, that linguistic diversity is in crisis, and that language should not be the reason to exclude certain groups. There are multiple ways to tackle the issue such as translation, interpretation, using less language, active listening, patience...
